Turns out his left hand will interfere with the fit of the windscreen! As I’d just committed to gluing the fuselage together, there followed a rather delicate surgical procedure with a razor saw to remove the hand and reposition it…
The airframe then comes together quickly…
But covering up the engine is definitely the more difficult option as the cowling panels don’t fit quite as nicely as the rest of the kit…
That’s where I’m at.
