20th July Club Night 2021

Wow what a scorcher of a club meeting, not only were the models on display hot, but those members who made it out to the meeting were melting in the heat as well.

The hall had been sat in the blazing sun all day so it was a very hot hall by the time we got in and opened up.

Made more uncomfortable by wearing masks, but hats off to the guys for wearing them, we all felt safe knowing we were doing are bit to keep the COVID numbers down.

However we were able to step outside, to remove our masks and get some cool fresh air.

What another great display of models from out year of lockdowns, some of the members even made some models outside of their normal genre.

Notably Bob with this growing collection of bi-planes and Richard’s 1/32 scale aircraft.

We hoped to have a lineup of our Spitfire group build, but a lot 0f the members did not turn up, so we hope to do this another time.

We also hope to have a line up of our 1/24 Scale Auto Group build at the next meeting.
