2nd of September saw IPMS Salisbury enjoying another club night, lots of chat and catching up as well as the chance to do some modelling. Nearly everyone had something in front of them, from Richard knuckling down on his latest 1/16 kit, Sibo a little repetitive painting, Don cleaning up wheels on an Amtrac to Andy working on a Dragon kit.
There was a lot on show. Bob had finished his 1/48 Japanese airplane but used the build night to get the crew done. Julian continued with his rein RN Tug. Other members were further along as the 3 ships from Chris show.
Chris also brought along some recently finish aircraft, probably a break from his big Op Pedestal project and Richard had the new 1/16 PaK 40 already done. Other items to look at comprised of 2 Vintage release Airfix Buggies done by Andy and Tony. Tony’s version was a little heavier as he’d made his own 3D printed tyres with tread pattern to replace the kit set.
