Please a find notice from Sibo at Salisbury Model Centre:

Salisbury Model Centre (SMC) is back open but the new Government guidelines mean changes with regard to how it operates and the times it is open.
Shop entry will be controlled to limit the number of people inside the premises at any time and a doorbell has been fitted. Ring to gain access on arrival.
New opening hours are as follows:-
Tuesday to Friday 10.00 am to 4pm
And a much shorter Saturday; 09.00 am to 1pm.

Until further notice the shop will be closed Monday and Sunday.

On entry customers will be expected to hand sanitize which will be provided.

You are not required to wear a mask but Sibo or any Salisbury Model Centre staff will be masked to reassure customers.

Concerning orders SMC will continue taking them but please realise that we are far from back to normal as the market comes out of slumber.

Production, distribution and supply are all effected. Quarantine of shipping containers is still being conducted as well as individual warehouse measures. Also much manufacture here and abroad is being done with reduced staffing levels to allow distance to be observed leading to slower turn-round times. All orders and enquires placed with Salisbury Model Centre will be followed up but with many links in the supply chain do be patient if delays are experienced. Currently at least 2 weeks additional time delays are expected on incoming items from Tamiya, Italeri and Trumpeter. Hornby has been forced to delete some previously announced item and delays on new kit releases will be likely.

We hope you like the little insight into our online meetings, please join us, look out for the next meeting details coming soon to an email box near you.

We are pleased to announce that Malcolm Childs will be joining us on July 21st to give us a talk on Models for Heroes.
